bluetooth on laptop

Hi i bought a laptop about 6 months ago its an acer aspire not sure of the model number at the minute, it has 2 buttons on the front 1 for ireless internet the other is for bluetooth connection, everytime i press it a green mssege appears on my screen saying "No Device", however i have my phone less than 3 inches away and it doesnt find it, how do i get them to connect?

 

Well go in the setings of bluethoot and search for any devices and it must finf your phone (plus bluethout must be activated on phone)

its activated on my phone i want to know how to do it on my laptop cos pressing the button doesnt seem to work

 

Bluetooth is a fun thing to have wirless is always a good thing.

 

my laptop have a same think with yours...but diferent brand
after i check.., there were no bluetooth inside . and drivers that I use it for model one level above it.i guess your causses same with me

 

You can also use Bluetooth on you desktop.

 

in your laptop have the option of bluetruth but it have not woke properly ok .you have the bill of the laptop their is the no:- of customer care they solve your problem.
