Buying Bluetooth desktop software

    Hello,

    looking to hire a programmer to code a desktop software:
    - windows based (XP,vista and 7 compitable)
    - installation with software key (to prevent self installations by clients)
    - the software is a bluetooth push marketing tool.
    - software will search for bluetooth devices around the computer, will send each an "opt in" message and if user accept the software will send the user a text or file as set in software controll panel.

    Far as im aware to use bluetooth with you computer you need to have a bluetooth hardware device installed on your computer.

    thats right
    each computer I will use will have a bluetooth device with external antenna installed

    i have this software source code.. just like what u mention, a bluetooth broadcasting message.. done with vb6, i made it myself for my college assigment, and i got "A" grade for this software.. made on 2008, can sent 3 type message, 1 text, 1 picture, and 1 bussiness card...
    have some minor, my software doesn't have serial number key for locking.. but can be made soon, just little coding..
