well they are lol can anyway recommend a better shared web hosting company i explained my reasons in my intro thread here forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1113339 like i said its pretty much every other day im in there support chat telling them something isnt working whether it be email, ftp access, reaching cpu quota limit, sites not loading. whats even more annoying is they reply with the same message all the time then close the chat session. cant even reply. its a shame because when i was first with bluehost.com in 2006 they were really good but the last 4 - 6 months or so has just been a complete nightmare please advise guys. can you recommend a better hosting company or anything cheers chris
