Blueadvertise is "the son" of creditburner network, which was full of malware, their banners was redirecting, and was paying very low. They pay, but not for impressions - they steal your whole traffic. You should delete those infected banners if you don't want to lose your visitors. Try smowtion, adbrite, adsense, clicksor or underdogmedia. Good luck!
I agree, remove immediately their banners, they are in league with SpeedyCPM and if the first one isn't then the second banner is a redirect. Also they have hidden searches. Best bet is smowtion, it has good cpm rate and pays through paypal, check or you can order free payoneer card and it will pay you directly on that. $100 minimum payout.
