    Hey guys

I know this doesn't apply to every single website out there but who had success using blue font adsense links? I know one tip for placements is to blend your ad into the website but using blue font has worked out superbly for me. My website has a very reddish theme and I've decided to try something different by changing the font colour and my clicks seems to have improved drastically. What are your thoughts on blue font links?

Actually the color of ads depends on your site looks and color used, so blue may be good for u.
But blue looks odd at my site :)

I usually use #0066cc it works with any theme and it doesn't mislead your visitors

Blue font is best color i think. It is the standard color for links. I use blue links too. Click through rate is about 5 to 10 per cent. is it good? i think is quite good.

Depends what the page is about, plus plenty more variables, age of visitor, gender etc

The only thing you can do is test a certain colour for 1 week, then take a screenshot of the past weeks impressions and CTR, then change the font colour and wait another week to see the results.

Red and Blue seem to be the best in my opinion:

    Red: #CC0000
    Blue: #0000FF

For layman persons, blue is a link. I think it is best too for white or light background sites. Every color should be used in contrast for them to see clearly, but not rough in the eyes.

I have plaid around a lot with colours, etc. Lately I became lazy and I keep my web sites with white backgrounds and I use blue for the title and black for the body and url and it works great for me.

In some cases this perform better than ads where I used all funny blending options and colours.
