Hi, I was receiving my Adsense payments through normal post within a week to 10 days previously. However, this month I didn't receive it. I thought it must be a postal delay or something and I waited for the 25th of March to request a reissue (if need be). My payment was issued on Feb 18th btw. Well, a couple of days back I heard from Google stating that Blue Dart has informed them that my courier couldn't be delivered and requested that I change my address. Well, what is strange is that Blue Dart delivered a courier to my brother just a few days back - at the very same address. So, firstly, I don't know how they couldn't find my address. Well, that apart, had I been informed that it was being sent by Blue Dart and the tracking number was reflected in my account details, I could have checked with the local office of Blue Dart. Well, after I received the mail from Google, I did call up the Blue Dart guys and they said they sent back the courier a week back as they couldn't find the address. I have been asked to contact Blue Dart after changing my address. But, since they have already sent back the courier to the Hyd office of Google, I wonder what I should do? I wonder if I should really change my address?? If I knew they were sending by Blue Dart, I would have called up and picked it up from their office. Any suggestions?
Many people in India faced similar problems when last month Google ran a beta test for this mode of payment. I believe there's nothing much you can do, just tell them that you haven't received a payment and request that it be sent added to the current month... I think Google will pull up BlueDart for too many confusions and delay last month...
Still now no one recieved Feb month payment through bluedart. If anybody recieved please let us know.
