Here is the news.

They are selling Blog Explosion, together with about other 5 content websites, in the same network, as well other 70 blog related domains.

They made their earnings public (about 50-60k in 2005). They have about 50k members, with 100-150 joining daily.

I guess their price would be above 200k USD.
