if you use blogspot make sure you constantly add content otherwise google will probably "sandbox" you from getting anything in the top 30-40
Yes but using them over another service will make no difference. It really has to be with your preference as most will be equal. I would just get my own domain and install wordpress if it were me.
google will index ur blog very quickly....if ur blog is good..then u might get good PR as well.........
I heard that Google likes Wordpress even better, than blogspot, which is not logical to me, but maybe the secret in better seo optimisatioforn Wordpress.
If you are serious about making money, dont put too much time on blogger. better get your own host and domain so that you can control everything and have a peace of mind.
Use blogs from wordpress, yourname.wordpress.com that gets more visitors than these and is liked by google
