I'm selling a Blogspot teen fitness blog

I'm going to make this fairly quick and just point out a few things

1. Everything I'm stating below is 100% truthful. I am not a site flipper, I never sell websites, I would not even TRY to lie about anything and scam anyone because quite frankly I am not savvy enough to do that and I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I did that anyway. Unfortunately I know you can't just take my word for it, but I pride myself on honesty and integrity. Furthermore, there's nothing to hide with this blog and I'll prove as much as possible.

2. The reserve is set to $200. I will not sell for less than this amount because at its worst point it was making $2/day from Ads3ns3. And I also had a month that did $124... it varies... so does the traffic. When I inherited the site, traffic went down a little, so I must have been doing something wrong probably because I have 0 experience with mainstream sites (explained below)

3. I purchased this website here on DP for much more than I'm selling around June 2012. Still, I was on pace to break even on my investment in 7 months, but Ads3ns3 nailed me for Invalid clicks and I deserved it. I bought into some "under the radar" paid service from BHW towards the end when my revenue dropped to ~$2 per day give or take (greed on my part) and G00gl3 caught on immediately.

4. And there you have it. My #1 reason for selling? I can't use Ads3ns3. This site is NOT banned by Ads3ns3. Check for yourself...

5. Since my Ads3ns3 account was banned after a couple months, I cannot retrieve statistical proof of my $226 earnings in 2 months, but I can show you the paystub scans that I always keep. I'll provide screenshots later today or tomorrow.

6. Other notes and reasons for selling: I work on adult websites. I really do not know how to manage a mainstream site and its also kind of a nuisance to have 1 site that falls outside of everything else I do. At one point last year I thought I would try to invest in a few blogs and see what happens. With my full time job and existing sites, I never really had enough time to pursue that fully and I would rather use the funds from this site to fuel my already successful adult site network.

STATS

- Since purchasing the blog, I have made 17 posts handwritten on my own. The word count varies. there are obviously several posts before that written by previous webmaster.

- Monthly unique visitors (3 month average): 790

- Monthly pageviews (3 month average): 13001

- Revenue: $75/month pace shortly before Ads3ns3 closed my account, but I repeat the site itself is still Ads3ns3 ready!

- Traffic: 39% Search, 39% Referral, 21% direct ( 5/1/2012 to 12/26/2012 )

- Uses 5 bodybuilding.com forum accounts to promote via message board threads.

- Location stats from 5/1/12 to 12/26/12: #1. United States (14,422 visits), #2. Australia (8,729 visits), #3. Brazil (7,009 visits), #4. United Kingdom (6,066 visits), #5. Canada 3,380 visits.

I know it's not much, but I like to be able to prove any statements that I make.

Reserve / BIN Update: I have also decided to set reserve @ $150 and BIN @ $260 (both decreased from previous values). To be plainly honest, my goal is for the buyer and seller to walk away satisfied because I absolutely hate drama and I pride myself on being a fair person. I did some research on pricing domains and realized, as the seller, I must take into consideration the fact that 2 months of proven earnings does not qualify as "consistent earnings" during the time I owned this blog. Sure, you can see what the site did during the 2 months with Adsense, which should come as no surprise if you consider the traffic screenshots in the original post (which has dropped slightly but can easily come back up). I can also tell you that the previous webmaster had reported much more consistent earnings (over a year of $80/month or more) which is probably true based on my experience, BUT I can't set and defend a price tag based on what someone else did; I can only vouch for what the site did under my control, and it would likely be a different story if I could still use Adsense, but I can't. The site itself, however, is Adsense safe & ready.

I'm also willing to share the Google Analytics for this account with interested parties.

With 2 days left, I decided to drop the BIN to $200. There will be no relisting because if the site does not sell, I have a friend that has agreed to place his Adsense code on the blog but he will take a percentage.

Even with the decrease in activity and pageviews, I could practically a guarantee that Teen Fitness Blog will accrue at least $200 revenue in the next year, but I would prefer to get this off my hands and use the earnings to fund one of my projects for the New Year (sounds like so many of us have set ambitious goals for ourselves in "unlucky" 2013, and I'm one of 'em!) But if it stays in my hands, I'll take my friend's offer and see how long it can maintain the daily ~240 visitor / ~340 pageview pace without investing time in posts or promoting since I'll be way too busy.
