BlogSpot spam

I just stumbled across one of these get rich quick affiliate types and he's set up a number of blogspot blogs with just enough posts to fill up a page with keyword rich but totally useless text with nice affiliate links and relevant adsense ads.

I've reviewed the blogspot TOS and this doesn't seem to be breaking them.

Do they really allow this kind of thing or are they interested in cleaning up their network?

He may not be breaking the blogger TOS as far as you can see but Adsense TOS are definitely being broken.

Report him to ... not Google ... not Adsense ... but Splogfighter.

I really don’t think that blogger is a good example for anything. It’s funny that a company that has that many users has the courage to neglect them entirely. This only tells me they don’t need the money. If you go search blogger via there «next blog» you will come to the sad conclusion that they host more porn, scams and spam blogs than any useful blogs.

His sites will all be deleted at some point. Sometimes it takes a while for Blogger to find the spam sites, but they do get deleted.

How can you possibility report them if they cover up the NAV BAR. Only if you send an email to blgger each time you see one, I don’t know any other way to do it.

Is "flag" enough, they don't allow an explanation...

I guess their spamming comments can only be for traffic, since Blogger adds the "nofollow" tag for comments added by visitors to prevent them from deriving PageRank from the blog.

Ok, them, and probably a few ignorant spammers who still try to do it for PageRank. It is so irritating that Blogger users have to implement captcha phrases on their blogs!
