Blogspot Programmer?

    Okay, I am a wordpress guy and just bought a blogspot blog (home-interior.blogspot.com). I would like to redesign it but I cannot find any tutorial that gives me the ability to do a complete redesign.

    Does anyone know if it is possible to design and code a theme like you do in wordpress? If so, could you direct me to a blogspot programmer.

    It's not possible to "code" the theme in PHP, you will have to stick with Blogger's native XML language.

    I guess I qualify as a blogspot "programmer" as I hacked blogger themes to turn them into webcomics like this here.
