You can have both. Start a blog each at blogspot.com and wordpress.com

No experience is better than walking the path yourself.

 

Wordpress makes it easier to transfer your entire site on to your own server after some time. Given the wider variety of choices associated with Wordpress, it's an easy choice for me.

 

Wordpress. More customizable and you don't have to worry about getting your site yanked if they don't like your content...

 

yeah and you should knowing at least about Php on modify the template..

I have used both for YEARS, without a shadow of a doubt, WordPress is better. That will be all.

 

WordPress is SEO friendly. It's better because you have ownership of the web files.

 

it depends upon your purpose,when you are after the looks then go for wordpress but if you are after with the marketing then go for blogger.

 

WordPress is my favorite. There are a few people losing their blogs at blogger and they do not know why. Even better than the free wordpress - buy a domain name, get a host provider and build your site. It is like you little piece of real estate on the net.

 

if you dont have much experience, take a couple of tutorials for wordpess, because in the end if you go with blogger or blogspot, you will switch to wordpress.

Exactly! That way you own it. Otherwise if you decide to move it or get big you have total control.

there is no fix that which one is better, but as other my friends told u that wordpress is better because u can customize it

 

I think Word press is best option but i Just to add, you can test drive both, you can have blogger and wordpress.com account for free. Blogger is easy to use whereas wordpress gives you more power and flexibility.

If you dont have big experience start with blogger. Another blog you can create using wordpress.

 

I would definitely use wordpress, it is so much easier to do SEO with the easy plugins.
