    how could i enable mod rewrite for blogspot.

    he has not enabled mod rewrite..

    you cant do mod rewrite for blogspot, they dont provide you access to htaccess file. We need to wait till blogspot gives 301 redirection option.

    I guess labnol used FTP publishing.
