If you reported a blogspot content scraper to Google, how long did it take for them to take action and delete the blog, if they did anything at all?

Also, what exactly did you do? Did you report the blog as spam in Webmaster Tools?

I don't know about reporting "in webmaster tools" i use this form to report bloggers.
    https://support.google.com/legal/contact/lr_dmca?product=blogger

They reply to me in about 1 or 2 weeks, times depend on how busy they are with reports.
The post must be an exact copy of yours else they reply they don't see any problem....lol
If they find it is a copy then they revert the blogger post to draft.
If the person repost it you have to go through the same crap again this time mentioning it was deleted and the person reposted it.
After that they will delete the post.
If the blogger receives many valid reports they will eventually delete the blog. But it takes time and it's up to them as everything.

The process is slow and tedious mostly because you have to insert every url manually there's no bulk option for offenders urls.
