I have lost many new blogpost which were live. SO do not post any thing new on your blogspot until it become stable.
That's so great that i just posted on few of my blogs new posts yesterday.So i just lost few posts and everything else is fine. And i wanted to update all my blogs yesterday, but i was too lazy, so i just updated few. Sometimes is good to be lazy i guess
They have already updated that they are working on it... I will contact them once they will fixed the issue at their end.. Right now "blogspot.com is not available" .. it is only under read view mode.
I had the same problem before but they able to fix it. Don't worry. But, my advice is - host your own blog rather than depends on Blogspot coz anytime without warning, they have right to terminate or lost your blogs.
I think its been at least 9 hours since they are down. Hope to see them back up soon. Even blogs on your own hosting can go down for several reasons. Its not that they are terminating or deleting your blogs, its just maintenance and they will be back.
newbie191, if you host your own blog, at least one thing you can do is, backup all the files. If one hosting provider terminate your hosting, you can bring the file and go for another, you can take full control of your self hosted blog. But, if you blog some sensitive politics issue, blogspot can anytime terminate your blog without notice. Which happen to my friends before.

If you're having trouble accessing a certain web site, make sure there isn't a problem with your Internet connection. Can you reach other web sites successfully? Does the same issue appear if you use a different device or Internet connection? Have you recently changed any settings or installed web browser plug-ins, firewall software, or other upgrades that might be causing trouble?
You can backup your blogspot blogs too. There is an option in settings menu. You can export all data in .xml file and in case they delete your blog you can create a new one with same data. But then again they will never delete your blogs as long as you follow their terms. Why complain since it is a free service. Its their territory so we have to play by their rules.
The Blogger post that I published May 12 which was removed due to their disruption has still not been recovered. Their help site claims that most lost blogs have been restored and now Blogger is working on bringing back lost response comments to these posts. I can't help but wonder why would Blogger go to that stage if restoration of ALL the missing posts has not yet been completed. IMO they should finish the fixing the basics first. Are any other DP members still awaiting restoration of their Blogger posts?
I received all my lost post back after restoration. If you haven't get it back then I will suggest to post in blogger help forum. thks
well, my the only error i got is that one of my post was gone from google search... ill give it one week and check if it will return
