How much do blogs affect SEO? What are the positives vs negatives of having a blog on a web design site?
A blog can be helpful in that it's something that can give more information to users about the site owner. It can be personal anecdotes of the site owner as he finished one project to another. It can also be a place where he recommends certain products he promotes. well the blog are positive, the only thing that I can say that has a con is that usually blogs have a little of static content.
Interesting how you each listed the static aspect as a positive and negative, respectively.. My thoughts were that if I have a blog posting related/semi-related news stories, people are more likely to come across those stories on the web and therefore come across my site
Search engine like Google loves blogs so they are SEO friendly as well.. But quality plays very important role here.
