Can any volunteer tell me where i can free sign up for blog to make my new blog....I could only found blogger.com ...but i want some more suggestions from the experts on this forum....Please advice

I used to use blog.com before. But really, its really cheap to get a domain and some hosting, so i suggest you do that.

Blogger, its free and it also allows you to add your AdSense code to the blog. Also later on, if you choose to host your blogs yourself, you can transfer all the data over for free.
Yes I can. But like what BlueEew said: Google Search for free blogs. There has been plenty of suggestions already listed. Now you have to do some work on your own. You have a list and a link to a search of free blogs as well. I think that would be enough to work off of.
I also know there are few that have been posted here on DigitalPoint, because people have created there own free wordpress blog web sites.
I say get your own domain first. Signup for wordpress.com, and point your domain there. When you blog grows in traffic, you might want to pay for hosting. You can just transfer your domain to that new host. Previous visitors won't notice a thing and, there's no need for people to re-link you.
