Do any of you run blogs that get 1000 page views per day? If so, can you tell me what you have done to get there (i.e. lots of postings, lots of backlinking, etc.), and can I also get a link to your blog? I'll especially be interested if it's through blogger or wordpress. In fact...even if you are getting over 100 uniques per day shoot me a response
I would not consider myself an expert, but I know that the "Strategies to make $100/day" or "**Get a $10,000 to $200,000+ grant from the government **$300 Surveys" will not endear you to many search engines, and I am glad they don't. I think you should make the 100 unique visitors/day without too much trouble, within 2-3 months or less, by simply contributing your individual and specific knowledge to the appropriate forums, simply using a signature that includes, or is, your site. Make sure that your contribution is for real, that you are really helping others with what you know, that you choose the forums carefully. I would avoid anything to do with the "internet marketing secrets", other "secrets of... [fill in with yourwords here]" or "think big and grow mega rich in 10 days" types and their ilk unless you want a lot of merry-go-round traffic that will get exactly nowhere and is niot really capable of monetisation. Ah! another thing... Make sure that your site has got original content. Content is King! Good luck from someone who claims no expertise.
Depend whether you willing to spend, PPC can give you more than 1000 impression per day. If you want it free, then it need more work such as article submission, forum posting and improve your SERP
yeah . im not really sure how you work but there's a saying, work hard and you will get wat you want. as lifeplayer said. you need to work on article submission, social bookmarking etc, so thats a double hard work for you.
Write contents in the morning and do marketing in the afternoon. That's the secret. It's simple yet that's just it. Quality of posts or contents is what makes a site more successful in terms of traffic than the other sites. Take time to study what to write. Focus on angles and less on keywords. Or if you can, alternate writing linkbait articles and keyword rich articles. This way, you'll have the best of both worlds: Surfer Love and Google Love
