    I have seen some blogs having a skyscraper ad with heading 5 top jobs!!! or Click here for top opportunities!!!!Inst this thing like volitaing google tos?

    Google knows better than you. its google's job to get rid of people who violates TOS. So just keep ur mind on your job and let the google to do their job.

    Nope, wrong answer. Google would never know about half of these TOS violators if people buried their heads in the sand and turned a blind eye. People who do this are conning money from AdWord advertisers.
