If i dont receive an answer on this i will start contacting all the previous owners of the websites and ask them directly and will share this thread with them

Restored websites do not mean stolen content. None of the authors did not declare their rights legally.

Content, restored from archive, always belonged to the domains and could be not author's. And when you choise sites for buying, you never cared about content.

Anyway you can look for the author's and whatever.. You received the domains and didn't pay for them.

 

So, you did not write or purchase the content basically. Just downloaded from archive.org for each expired domain and selling here by claiming that u are selling revenue generating traffic sites as if you developed them from scratch.

Without the content you took from Archive.org these domains are worthless.

Now in which school were you taught that:

If the domains are useless then return every single one! Why do you need them if they are useless??

You transfer all domains for escrow, and I transfer $2500.

Escrow will be a guarantor of the deal.

You claim that, he is selling copyrighted material. That is fine, But what do you plan to do the domain/sites you got from him ?
Use as your own ?
You have a reason to get your money back, but what is your reason for not to give the sites back to do owner ?

 

Seems fair. TheCoolDude gets his money back and Invis gets his domains back. Everyone is whole. As for TheCoolDude's demand to contact previous owners about the business concept is BS and not relevant to the transaction at hand. TheCoolDude, you are not the champion of the former owners. You should just be concerned with getting your money back and being made whole. Any other motives are suspect.

TheCooldude i went through the entire thread here, i think you should return his websites / domains back and get your money. Since you're not happy with the stuff and you think it will cause copyright issues just because he has given life back to some auctioned or expired domains.

At this point if i am uncomfortable with the stuff that i've bought, i will simply return the domains/websites back and get my money back.

But if you don't do that TheCooldude then its obvious here who has scammed who and who should get banned for life. =)
