    I am looking to purchase a few blogs related to internet security, IT, spam, identity theft or similar.

    Requirements:

    * Site content must be in good quality English
    * Content must be unique
    * No spammy sites
    * No forums
    * No proxies (proxy information sites would be great though)

    Looking to spend $XX, maybe $XXX for something that really piques my interest.

    (Page rank, traffic and revenue do not interest me - just looking for good content sites.)

    Nice looking site but Copyscape seems to indicate that the content isn't unique.
