    You can look for a list in a blog directory, start with technorati ! Are you looking for dofollow blogs only?

    you can use tools like fast blog finder....
    there are dofollow search engines, you can use them.... just type in the google and get the search engine list

    Try looking out at blogcatalog and mybloglog as well. There are lots of web development blogs out there that you can stumble upon. Also, you can try looking in Google by searching.
