Blogs inner pages not indexed?

If blogs inner pages with old posts have dynamic URL, will they be indexed by Google(Yahoo/MSN)?

Is there any way to prevent that inner pages will get dynamic URL (or what is the most convenient way to assure pages will be indexed)?

Go into your general setting tab and configure permalinks. That will make it start using search engine friendly URL's

I think almost any blog that gets PR4 or higher gets inner page PR. Or one of blogs I own got bunch of inner page PR.

The newest update got me 20 inner page PR for my blogger blog (the top page is PR4). That was pretty unusual I think.

Make sure you have unique title and description META tags.

I changed from dynamic to static page links. Only a check was needed. Now, this will apply "from now on". There are some important posts on first pages which still have dynamic links. Is there any quick way to made them static? I can do it one by one though, it's a question of principle.

Or...maybe creating and puting a sitemap will solve all. Where exactly a site map should be put?
