BLOGS from members of staff or director/ceos in Google

Is this information always going to be taken literally or will they always have a hiden agenda. Example They say there cracking down on certain techniques used to gain positions, does this mean that they are or could it just be that there trying to discourage there use and really there struggling for a solution.?

 

probably both, it is however a cat and mouse game and luckily we are the mice which means we are always just a little bit ahead of them in terms of optimization and link building.

 

It means they are trying to crack down and are either doing it now or will do it in the future.

 

I feel they do not have a solution to this right now and are buying time by discouraging false techniques.
