I'm new to blogging. How do I ask blog owner to add my site to their blogroll? Most of the blogs don't have contact information thus it's difficult to ask for inclusion.
As you have just started blogging, you need to develop quality/worth reading content. You can add similar blogs in your blogroll in turn they might add yours. Remember your blog content is more important!
If there's a Contact me or Advertise form, you can use that! Or, if there's no such form, you can check whois database of that site and get email of the owner. Then send him email regarding link exchange, etc. But, many webmasters buy privacy protected option. So, try your luck and see if you get. -Mahesh.
I think to get contact with bloggers you should start developing relationship with fellow bloggers by joining in different blogging communities like mybloglog/blogcatalog.com
