BlogRush like widget needed

I'm guessing this is the best place to put this topic.

Anyways I am in need of a designer/programmer who can design a widget simular to the www.blogrush.com widget. It will have different features though and the design will be a little different.

Basically I need these features:
Admin Backend
User Backend
Flash
etc.

If you think you can do this job please reply here or PM me and please as much as possible provide at least one job that you have done in this field.

I went to their site http://www.blogrush.com/ and red about the widget, I couldn't find a link to any site using it though, can you provide such a link plz? I am sure I can do the job...
