the problem seems to be that nobody clicks on the widget, so if you have a blog with a low to moderate traffic, even with referrees, you're earning display credits, not clicks/visits. So someone putting the widget at the end of a high traffic blog will suck up your credits and will not bring that many clicks to the network. But that's what we accepted at the start, I've yet to see a visitor coming from the widget after a couple of days..
Its already getting so much hype. I think its time to act faster cause after a short span of time it would be difficult to get new subscibers. Its still pretty much new an their are millions who dont know about it yet.. ACT NOW.. For my fans who love me please visit my blog and subscibe under me!!!!
BlogRush is a new Tool which improves PR and brings massive traffic to your site. It's free! I joined BlogRush. This is a community where you display links to theme related blogs on your blog and vice versa. You'll get as much link exposures as links to other blogs will be shown on your site. E.g. when your blog has 100 link exposures you'll get 100 links from other theme related blogs to your site. When new members sign up through your referral link you'll also earn traffic from their blogs. You'll also earn links from referrals up to the 10th level. You can sign up with all the blogs yo have and decided by a filter to which of your blogs you'll get the links. Because the links to your sites are permanent this will also increase your PR. All links are from theme related pages so your PR will increase naturally. Watch The Video
Sorry but is this widget Adsense-friendly? I got some kind of Google phobia lately so just wanted to make sure everything is okay.. No hard feeling I hope.. Cheers! Sha
Not exactly a rush, but I have gotten a visitor from blogrush. According to their site they are are having some problems with reporting right now and also some problems with balancing the feed, mostly due to the explosive popularity (their spin). They are now offering bonus credits to early adopters as well, so it's still a good time to get on board. I'm still giving it a wait and see...can't hurt, right?
this is another gimmick similar to URL rotators and the like... I wouldn't bother with this...it's nothing but hype
Under Construction We're hard at work creating some cool custom reporting features for you! Please check back soon. this is getting old
Is your blog advertised on every widget display, or on every click? If you only get 1 display per click .... It might not be that great, since it's directly moving your visitors to competitors and sites related to yours... I'd rather have my visitors click on my adsense!
Don't mistaken me... I have also blogged about blogrush in my blog for benefit of my visitors. Rep to jon2kc
BlogRush stats are still not displaying. Getting quite annoying now, I mean why not prepare for a huge viral traffic bomb, surely John Reese could see it coming given the amount of traffic he already gets to the income.com blog.
To Onyx, from blogrush: " I Don't Understand The Syndication Credit System Formula In our video we mentioned that you earn a 1:1 ratio of syndication credits on your own traffic, and any direct referral's traffic (such as "Bob" in the example video) and any direct referral's referral traffic (yes, that sounds confusing!) such as "Jen" in our example. We also mentioned that you'd also earn credits based on activity through 10 generation levels. Here's the breakdown of our formula: Your Traffic = 1:1 1st Generation Of Referrals (Directly From You) = 1:1 2nd Generation Of Referrals (i.e. Jen in the video) = 1:1 3rd - 6th Generation Of Referrals = 1:4 7th - 10th Generation Of Referrals = 1:8 1:1 means you earn 1 syndication credit for every 1 impression of the widget by your own traffic or by any users located on the 1st (direct) or 2nd generations. 1:4 means you earn 1 syndication credit for every 4 impressions of the widget by any user located on the 3rd to 6th generations. 1:8 means you earn 1 syndication credit for every 8 impressions of the widget by any user located on the 7th to 10th generations. When all of this math is added up, it leaves 1 headline space available out of every 10 that are served. This means that BlogRush uses 10% of the headline spots (5 headlines in each widget load) to monetize the service. We currently have plans to sell these extra credits to any user that would like to purchase additional credits -- this is one of the ways we will pay for the service. "
