Hi, I want to put my blog url on pr2 do follow blog or web page which should be on nav bar or blogroll.

how to do that
where i can get list of site who allow blogroll free?

 

you gotta contact the owner, you cant add your link to the blogroll, only admin can do that

 

yes, you need to content blog owners who accept guest blogging as well.......... or you can get it by paying some money also.
