I am sorry to admin if my question is old and stupid. I still need clear answer that's reason posting here.

I am trying to understand what is current trend ? I should buy blogroll is best or blog post ? I used to SEO in 2010 and blogroll was best.

Your answer will be simply blogroll or blog post and why ?

    Both are totally different.

I'll give you a simple example.

I sell a link on a post. It remains on the post forever. It also is there on the category, author archives, etc. It stays on the main page as long as the article is on the main page.
I sell a link on the blogpost, I sell it for a limited time period, like a month or a year.
But, for this time period, it appears on each and every webpage that is a part of my blog.

Depending on how often your site is indexed by Google and Bing, both should work out well for you as the seller. The same applies for the buyer when you want to buy a link somewhere.

Site-wide blogroll links tend to get flagged by Google more often than page/post-specific links from my experience.

Blogroll is now count as a spam by Google so no doubt blog posting is best way to share your knowledge, products and services to others.

A link is a link whether it is in a blog post or on the blog roll. Your statement makes no sense.

    Both.
I sell the former on a monthly basis and the latter for a lifetime.

What stops it from being unpaid and the blogpost from being paid?

Of course in-content links are MUCH better (because of the content around the backlink!) ;)

both blog roll and blog post have their good factors and bad factors and it will depend on which outweighs another or your desires. Personally I dont like Blog roll because it gives me a lot of stress when trying to clean up the dead links which it tends to store.

It's a sitewide link but from the same domain, so it doesn't count for much more than a single link. But of course there are other benefits like more traffic through the increased exposure.
