Blogroll link or Post?

    When it comes to buying blog links, what's better, buying a blogroll link (sitewide) or a blog post with 1 link inside the text?

    Depend on the page PR, choose the high PR page. But if both of them have same PR, then go for blog post

    definitely blogroll is better but then u will have to pay more.

    If one is buying links just for the PR juice, then having a blogroll link is more preferable....imo
    Blog roll remains on the index(main) page, which generally has higher PR; while blog posts slip to inner pages after a while.

    Agreed. Go with the blogroll link. If you can afford it, get the blog post some time AFTER the blogroll link has been there.

    To me, sitewide blogroll link is the best. For the blogpost, there must be such a chance that your blogpost will no longer be in the homepage very soon, once there are more newer blogposts.
