how does that site make 2 k a month? I read that beside TLA (140) there aren't much income source

 

As long as it's well-established, it can be built upon to increase the traffic and revenue.

I think 10K is perfect. May be a bit more but not less. The blog has some risks:

- Getting PR slapped by Google. (I am seeing around 15-16 paid links) and a TLA referral link is also there in the sidebar.

- Too many links with same Anchor Text i.e. BOB and now JAI. I suggest you to randomise these anchor texts. The web is going the semantic way.
