Actually we are planning to start another big website and don't have enough time for blog of the world. Its made in joomla 2.5 and k2. All articles are indexed and ranked in google on top. 80% of traffic is organicguaranteed. Seo is strong no need to do anything just start posting and blog will take care of itself as we are also make it safe from duplicate content in google...using canonical links in each post.

140+ x revenue is a little steep for a site that is only three months old.
Are any of the articles unique to this site at all?
Can you show proof of adsense payments as opposed to adsense revenue and will you allow access to adsense and webmaster accounts?

Yeah, It worth around $500-600 between. I sold one site for $240k but that was earning $15k per month. Mostly sites are sold with 12xEarnings or 14xEarnings.

 

Even 12x earnings is normal accepted for any business with a proven history trading for at least a year. With only three months history and no payments as yet even $500 seems an unrealistic evaluation to me.
Perhaps I am missing something.

there are up to 200 unique articles there on website. and what you mean by proof here adsense is attached online also same with analytics...

I will not provide adsense account you will need to work with your own adsense account. I am using my adsense with my other websites as well.

I did not ask to use your adsense account, I asked for access to your account to verify payments. You have not attached proof of payments only estimated revenue. It is quite easy to allow restricted access to your account if you add my email to it.

 

It simply states that you have valued your site at over 140 times your estimated monthly earnings over a three month period.

This site is definitely not worth 5k, maybe 500-600$ as someone already stated. I might buy it for a bit more but not 5k.
