I think you get better results if you sign up then look around the site at all the options... So far as I know you do not need to put any Banners or Code on your site, but if you do include a banner and refer people you will get more credits (Meaning you get more visitors).. One thing *When You Surf* there is a Bar at the bottom of your Browser with various options & a banner (Rotates) and you get credits for each Blog you visit... I found quite a few I had never seen before so I stuck around and read and then even left a comment or two... It's up to you if you like the service or not and I doubt your under any obligation...
Well here's an update... I surfed around and accumlated quite a few "Credits" on the site and am now seeing alot of visitors... Not knowing how many members they have I'd say after awhile the visits will diminish unless people really like your site and return to it often...
