    If email is a physical thing, tons of email currently promoting the ebook entitled “Blogging to the Bank 2.0’ could easily sink a continent.

    If you Google it, 2,150,00 urls will scream for your attention.

    I wonder whether it is ok to spend $47 for a copy.

    no way. i downloaded v1.0 on limewire and it was complete bs. v2.0 is probably more of the same, don't waste your money on it.
