If you are using blogger then then you can not have site map but with your feed you can submit it at google webmaster tools as a sitemap. That will do your job for sitemap. at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ when you will add sitemap to your website address you will put yoursite.blogspot.com/atom.xml?orderby=updated
Your blogger site feed will act as your sitemap. so submit your rss or atom feed url to google webmasters tools.
