Post regularly so your visitors have something new to read every time they come back to your blog.

    Thanks for the replies. :)

Do you think 1 post every other day is a good idea? I can get a post every day later on.

Also, how long should the posts be? How should I get visitors? What blog software should I use? Etc.

    Thanks :)
    Sincerely,
    -Marcus

One little tip for you, which goes hand in hand with the blog post per day, is to utilise the "save draft" feature. Some days, I have 3 or 4 idea's for posts, and I'll write them all up and save them, so that when I get writers block, I have some saved posts to fall back on!

    Good luck :)

Blogging is quite boring stuff, at least for me :p
So always blog on things you are interested and passionate.
About tips, try to write big and unique content, dont expect much traffic in starting phrase.

just keep a rule of writing 5 articles per day for 5-6 months :)

5 Articles a day? Umm, they would be pretty crappy. I rather write one a day and make them decent.

To start of, look at updating the blog at least 3 times a week.
Be sure each article has good quality and unique, try to write about something different in your niche.
Work on gaining a lot of back links between the times of writing articles.
Make sure you have a subscription button in an easy to find place.
