    What's the best plugin that we can use to manage ads on wordpress blogs?

    I know about the OIO but I want to know about free ones.

    Give WPAds a try or AdsenseDeluxe, they'll both manage the ads, but if you're looking for something that will sell the ads like OIO does, I'm not aware of anything that is free.
