Blogging Community Software

    I want to start up a community that allows others to create free blogs. Anyone know good software to do that with? I'm thinking Wordpress 1.6 may do it but I've also heard about pMachine, Nucleus or b2evolution.

    I want to create a service like blogger, only on a smaller scale and have admin control over everything.

    Anyone know good software do do that?

    then why you didn't code your own blog software for your website or buy form somebody else ?
