URL gives us backlinks because it will be hype rd on the name.

 

I use Name/ url. some blog you can use keyword as your name with your website link, Its good for getting back link with keyword

 

Make Sure You keep The Same Rate of Comment Posting in Future and Do not Post More Than 30 Comments Per Day.,

 

I too am using Name/URL. I have accounts on others but am not using them.

 

I think that's too low.. 30 comment is nothing for a day

 

Whatever the case, you will always want to include the link to your desired site.

 

Blog commenting is good for High Rank. but more submission is harmful and gives the spamming to the sites that dropped keywords ranking suddenly.

 

I don't think that there is any issue but if you select Name/Url so it is good.

 

Most forums and blogs are no follow these days so the most you can do really is to put your name in there with your site URL. It is building a reputation for yourself and your website that matters when commenting in blogs and forums. That and potential traffic going back to your site.

 

Some blogs not allow anonymous comments, and in that case you need to use one of the login options. But if it allows anonymous commenting then Name/URL will do the same.
