    people he has full time job of his own...why dont you just bear with guy for sometime.its not like he has a company and lots of people are working for him.he is doing everything by himself and worst of all he is doing all this manually....even answering your pm,s as well supporting his family with a full time job...i know he took some extra offers but he did not do this in an act of greediness.i bet he got haraased by many people to accept orders and hence he accepted it to preseve his customer service and satisfaction.
    why dont you guys just give him a break.i bet his service will reap you lots of cash...but till then please bear...

    You should have told us up front and before you took our money that it would be slow because of the holidays.

    Do not take me wrong, I am not calling you a crook or anything and I would like that known to all reading.

    But I do believe that you have taken on more clients than you can handle at this time.

    I would still like the refund, and if things come around, I will gladly sign up again.

    So, I should expect this refund today?
