Bloggers clicking their own ads

I have a blog with 5 contributors who can post to the blog. (http://www.asheepatthewheel.com/blog) This blog also has AdSense ads on it. Since Google has no problem banning people from AdSense without warning, I was wondering whether you think it will be an issue if the members of the blog click on the occassional ad. I certainly don't click on any of my own ads but they may. Since they log into the blogger interface to post, maybe Google won't like them clicking on ads on that blog. Thoughts?

I have a experience of very close freind of mine, who I know did click ads on his site. Let me share with all, Do not believe "Google does not give warning"
In his case, google started giving more and more public interest ads, which are not paying. Then even thenm, when he did not stop, site was banned. Problem is people do not listen to non verbal clues. His site name withhled for obvious reasons.
