    Hey
If you have't ready Yaro Starak's and Darren Rowse's (problogger.net) blogs and free pdf guides then start from there. John Chow is another pro-blogger with high authority. These are very good sources if you are serious about blogging.

    Some suggestions:
    1) What are you blogging about and who is your audience? The "About us" page explains why you started but what are you blogging "about"? Why should I read you? Personal challenges are not that popular anymore. You need to provide value to your readers.
    2) Check your grammar. Things like "im" (instead of "I'm") and capitalising where necessary (or not doing it) look bad.
    3) The blog is too....white. I am not a designer but I think you need some colour

    Hope this helps

thanks. i've read problogger and johnchow and shoemoney. i'll get to yaro in the next week or so. audience would be people that are new to blogging. i will update about us page. basically my readers will be people that read problogger but don't understand what he's talking about. before i started to blog i didn't understand alot of the terms that he used. also didn't know the simple things of starting a blog. stuff that pros just take as a given. my blog will reach for those people. i know i have to fix the grammer. should i write it on ms word first? and more color. thanks xpsave.

The baby photo looks kinda creepy and the header doesn´t look great. The rest of the site looks good.

I agree with xpsave about the colour -- it needs to be brightened up a bit. I think the design needs to reflect the blog's name, so try finding a really simple and vibrant theme that doesn't look too professional. If you could find a baby inspired theme (using those baby letter blocks for the links and whatnot) that'll be even better.
