Blogger???

    i want to do a blog like this.......

    but i dont know how to make the same post appear in the home page
    every time.it is not replaced by the new posts.

    please help me in this issue

    I dont think you can keep a "front page" with blogger, but i believe you can get a widget that will allow you to do that.

    why don't you use wp. in wp you can make a front page, so it will look like a wp instead of a blog. there's a video on youtube that shows how.
