    Wordpress because you get more control and plugins. Look at my blog for a example.

    Here is a fix for Wordpress people's:

    1. Download a plugin called ''Captcha"
    2. Enable it on comments box/Login
    3. Now your safe

    Exploit result: Loads of spam on the PHP causing it to bring a ddos effect.

    I will tell you that wordpress is more customizable than blogger but it needs some software skills though blogger doesnt requires such skills lacks customization. there are more good templates for wordpress than for blogger.

    In my opinion, wp is best rather than blogger and wp is indexed quickly as compared to blogger because all in one seo and different seo plguins makes the wp blog to get indexed quickly.
    That's just my opinion, what others are saying??
