may be i am the only one here who defers from majority of your opinions, i love to host my blog with blogger , i like it because i have hosted my blog on wordpress and because of some plugins error my all post gone and all pages have errors, so i switch to blogger and its working out good for me atleast, let see what others say.
If you mean the self hosted wordpress, then it's wordpress. I mean, you have control over your own blog and content, you have plugins to make your site even better and you can customize it like no other. Wordpress wins in my book Leslie
I am using Both wordpress as well blogger for blogging. And i like both. Both have their own qualities. Recently i purchased a domain from Wordpress.
i currently have 4 blogs going at the same time, and all of them are with wordpress, on my own host. I love the ease of wordpress, and the amount of (free) themes & plug-ins
For blogging the wordpress is best. Lot of plugins available in wordpress but it not available in blogspot.
Yes i vote for Wordpress too. It has everything, SEO friendly, easy to use, and you can add tons of plugins (even free).
You can use Java scripts in blogger. You can't use the Java scripts in wordpress.com . Many of the advertisement and site tracking codes are only java based. So go for blogger. If you want to use wordpress CMS with the ability to use java, go for self hosted wordpress.
