Obviously WordPress, because WordPress has more features Comparatively than Blogger. Like- Full Control. Easily manageable A custom blog domain name SEO options Unlimited themes Excellent plugins Attractive Looks
I began blogging before there was actually a term for it. I have probably tried every known platform out there and I have always come back to WordPress. I don't even look elsewhere anymore.
I suggest Wordpress, I just actually started my blog, I am pretty satisfied with WordPress. It is really easy to manage your website with it and it offers a lot of functionalities. When creating the blog, like choosing hosting plans, installing WordpPress, etc. I followed this guide: https://www.goallinorgohome.com/2017/10/start-a-blog-30-minutes/
I would say Wordpress because you have very useful plugins to enhance your blog. I don't know if Blogger has any plugins
I also think that wordpress is the best. There is just so much more that you can do with it. Normally as a blog grows, so do their ideas and identity. With wordpress, you can customize it to match your identity.
Both are great, but I am currently using Blogger. I have a custom domain and the blog templates are also customized. And I can openly say that I am totally satisfied. The blog is completely free, so I can only earn from it.
If you are a beginner, you must go with blogger to learn how to manage a blog/website since it's free. You will learn from your mistakes and it doesn't cost anything. I have also started with blogger and it's good to go. It also depends on what kind of website you would like to start. Choose anything but take it till the end.
I used to use Blogspot for a long time but now I switched most of my site to WordPress. I just remain some of my secondary blogs to Blogspot. Both are worth to use.
If you have adequate budget go with wordpress, if not opt for blogger. Whatever be the platform, quality content matters a lot with changing google algorithm updates
I can't judge which are better, worse or tie. For me, I'm not in the position to voice for them. A thing may be right for someone while not for the other one else! That's why you see cars in various brands, but they are for sending you to your destination!
Blogger if you don't want huge customization or feature and only focusing on writing content. Wordpress is for pressional level use.
The downside to using a Free WordPress blog, you can't use any of the plug-ins I started with Blogger, but mostly use WordPress - both Paid and Free hosted blogs Even with a free WordPress blog, you get a fair choice of templates Both Blogger and WordPress I have been able to add my own header images
