Absolutely go with WordPress, if you go with blogger, you might regret later, because after again you have to change to wordpress once your website is popular, also having a WordPress site doesn't bring you traffic, you have to optimize iut well, use some popular tutorials like this..

If you don't mind to spend some money, go with Wordpress, definitely that's the choice. But if you are looking for free blog, Blogger.com is the best. The free Wordpress.com has locked down many features that you can not change / modify, which will make you really hard to use some advanced features. For Blogger.com you can take full control, even modify the template if you know HTML and Javascript. But Wordpress.com you can't.

Once again, if you don't want spend money at first place, go with Blogger.com.

If you enjoy manually customizing your blog, if you want to have more control over design your blog and if you don’t care about audience and traffic (especially traffic from search engines) – pick up WordPress blog.

If you don’t have much time, you don’t know how to customize your blog or you simply don’t want to spend time customizing your blog – pick up Blogger (blogspot). In minutes you will have customized blog ready for writing but you will be a bit limited to design. Also, if you like connecting with your readers – Blogger is great platform to connect with your readers.

Why are you saying that If you don't about traffic from search engines - choose Wordpress. Is it bad in terms of getting listed by search engines or is it any other problems that occur which I don't know?

    I prefer Wordpress over Blogger.

However, I only used Blogger for a short time, so I most likely did not get enough of a "feel" for it.

I love Wordpress though, and use its themes for all of my sites.
