Blogger vs wordpress

Definitely has superior plug-ins with hundreds to do almost anything. Anyone need a specific process done, I have a ton of experience on WP. Glad to help!

 

I've been on wordpress for almost 2 years now. I have no complaints. It's really easy to use (at least from my point of view). A lot of things to customize. I'd go with WP.

As I use word press. I also vote for word press. But I also have blogs on blogger. Wordpress gives me all the things I need to have a happy blogging.

According to me blogger is the best, principally for the following reasons:

1. It is hosted by big G, we ca have more leverage in SEO aspect.

2. Why it is better SEO coz more search engine friendly and more traffic to the site finally the domain blogspot.com gets higher rankings and exposure

3. More visitors to blogger more business for Google, as most of them use adsense in their sites.

4. Handling the design and security is child's play in blogger.

5. Site speed is awesome as it is hosted in Google servers.

one disadvantage is anytime they can close a site until unless you violate their rules when you publish unwanted or copyright content. If you do things correctly then everything will be normal with blogger.

I use blogger cause it's simple, and associates with Google,...but I think wordpress offers greater control and more functionalities.

I currently blog on blogger, and I was at one time blogging on wordpress and blogger, and I have my own domain name on both, but I get more traffic on blogger. I stopped using wordpress. Lots of people feel that wordpress. You might want to try both to see what happens.
