    Blogger, what I think, because Blogger is more secure and you dont have to get the hosting plan for hosting a blog. Blogger is easy to manage too.
    Great sites like Labnol etc are created on Blogger only.

    I like Wordpress cause it has many useful plugins. If you want to do something complicated in Blogger, you will have difficulties if you are new with HTML.

    if all you want to do is blogging, i would suggest blogger. it's just straightforward and you don't have to worry about many things.

    wordpress is more open. if you'd like to do more than simple blogging, go ahead and use wordpress :)

    I am running some self-hosted Wordpress sites and absolutely pleased with them all. With a self-hosted Wordpress, you have some important advantages that make Wordpress overcome by other blogging vehicles such Blogspot, I think.

    But I have some critics for Wordpress. The next version should feature keyboard shortcuts just like Twitter has now. I hope this point will take developers' attention.
