I have to disagree with a lot of what you said.

For example, point 2, there is nothing to suggest that sites on Blogger get indexed quicker than those on wordpress - as long as the site is linked to somewhere on the web it will be indexed. My wordpress powered blog usually has a post indexed in minutes rather than hours.

Also, I don't think it is a fair comparison anyways. You seem to be comparing Blogger with the self hosted WordPress.org platform, rather than compare it to the wordpress.com hosted service.

Blogger VS Wordpress is something which can be compared directly but it is not fair to compare a self hosted script to a hosted one. Wordpress.com, the hosted service, is very limited compared to it's self hosting alternative and in some respects blogger is better (eg. wordpress.com users are not allowed to place advertisements on their blog).

You need to remember that wordpress.com and wordpress.org are completely different.

Thanks Echo. Glad you didn't think I was ragging on you because I wasn't :)

Many bloggers assume that both are the same but nearly all hosted solutions limit what the blogger can do and wordpress.com is no different. If you need any advice just drop me a message :)

    Sure, Boss!

Thanks for the comment and I really didn't think that you were going against me.
Everyone has their own views and thats the reason almost all webmasters have
at least one blog so that they can convey their thoughts. :)
